Family birthday night out. Bowling plus golf. Staff welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything followed so smoothly. Brilliant atmosphere. Had a food and drinks package. Absolute value for money. Food was served on time and hot. All in all a fab evening. Thankyou to all the staff you helped make a good night even better.

great bowling alley. Two floors with spacious lanes and seating areas. As well as arcade machines and pool and snooker tables throughout. Bar on site. decent food too.

I visited with my daughters for the bowling which was great but the lane which we were on we had get the worker to reset the lane as the pins had automatically set up but other was great and we stayed for food and it was lovely even my daughters enjoyed it but the only thing that let it down was the waiting time as we waited about 35 minutes our food, it is worth money and would recommend it to any body if they looking for anything to do.

Booked my daughters 7th birthday with Sunderland Bowl. The staff on the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. The children had a great time and enjoyed their food. The meal choices were varied which met all of the needs of all of the children. A good addition would have been to have a separate room for parties to eat their meals and to sing happy birthday etc, as it became quite noisy and busy in the bar area. The party itself was very good value for money and I would recommend. Thank you.

Was very disappointed in the darts that I paid for . Darts were rubbish with one broken and the dart board wasn’t working properly so we left after 10 mins. The bowling alley and pool It’s self was good tho

Took grand daughters last day of school holidays, staff pleasant and helpful as always, place is clean and well looked after. Soft drinks expensive, did not bother with food, as on past visits, it's just not nice. Great to have car park validated parking for free and for 5 hours, good incentive to visit again and again.

Son attended a birthday party here in December and had a fabulous time. Staff were so accommodating and the kids all had a fantastic time. Food was great and 5 different options for them to choose from.

Once on our lanes we enjoyed our bowling experience however poor service on arrival. Large queue weaving in and out of attractions regardless if you had a booking or not( if walk ins are permitted two queues would assist). Two people serving on one till which meant a 20 minute wait in queue approx 3.20pm seen booking was 3pm. Once served, staff were unable to find my booking and offered no real explanation or reassurance whilst searching. Still unsure if they found booking or not as was told we had a 10 minute wait for our lanes? Which we had booked for 3pm and was now 3.30pm? Suspicions are our lanes had been allocated to someone else. Therefore I would not be confident in booking ahead again and paying £100 to do so to wait in a queue and then be told we had a further wait. Disappointing organisation spoiling a good day out- needs improving.

Boxing day family afternoon. We didn't order food.as we were having a meal afterwards however drinks were reasonably priced. Bowling... lane wasn't working. 4 times it messed up.before.we were offered a new lane …
